David provides fundamental support to Stuart & Branigin’s litigation and corporate practices.  With prior work at a Fortune 500 insurance company and broad experience with dispute resolution as well as planning and counseling, David helps clients to move forward on matters large and small.

His diverse litigation experience includes disputes related to intellectual property, insurance coverage, shareholder agreements, and estate matters.  Relied on for complex legal research, David has significant experience with corporate and fiduciary litigation and has drafted a variety of briefs and motions, including numerous motions for summary judgment.  In addition, he has successfully represented estates and trustees in multi-million dollar cases.

David provides fundamental support to Stuart & Branigin’s litigation and corporate practices.

David also facilitates transactions and provides guidance on selected intellectual property and employment matters.  He has been involved with mergers and acquisitions as well as private placements for closely held businesses, inventors, and entrepreneurs.  A wide range of clients have turned to David to manage trademark registrations and to draft estate planning documents, operating and shareholder agreements, and supplier and employment contracts.  He also works with commercial lenders to provide loan documents.

David serves on the board of Tippecanoe County Council on Aging.
