Every person has a right to justice. No matter how big or small your case, you are entitled to receive high quality, ethical, personal representation.

Many personal injury attorneys take on a high volume of cases, employ a “one size fits all” approach, and rarely communicate directly with their clients. Jim’s approach is the opposite: careful selection of cases, direct interaction with clients at every phase, and individualized strategies tailored for each case.

Jim is an experienced trial lawyer who fights insurance companies and corporations to pursue justice for his clients.

  • Products liability – medical devices, prescription drugs, machinery, and home appliances
  • Workplace accidents – industrial, agricultural and construction injuries; exposure cases
  • Insurance disputes – fire losses, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims

A long-time resident of the Lafayette area, Jim is involved with a number of local organizations. An accomplished former baseball player at the high school and collegiate level, he is a board member of the Lyn Treece Boys & Girls Club, the Golden Broncho Club, and Lafayette Youth Summer Baseball.
