William E. Emerick is a veteran Lafayette, Indiana trial attorney with decades of experience in civil and criminal litigation and courtroom advocacy.
Emerick has been admitted to practice law in California, Indiana, and Illinois, as well as before United States District and Appellate Courts, reflecting the breadth of his legal practice and experience.
He is an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), reflecting his extensive jury-trial experience and professional standing. In 2024, Emerick received an Indiana Top 100 Lawyers Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his career accomplishments and contributions to the legal profession.
In addition to his law practice, Emerick served as an adjunct instructor at Purdue University, bringing his practical legal and courtroom experience into the academic setting.
