Individuals, non-profits and businesses benefit from Mark I. Lillanfeld’s extensive experience with taxation, estate planning, and estate administration matters. His ever-growing interest in taxation issues has endured for more than 40 years and started with his brief role as an IRS agent.

Thanks to his proficiency in taxation, Mark has earned significant private letter rulings from the National Office of IRS, won precedent-establishing cases for his clients, and obtained mostly favorable results in Federal Estate Tax and Indiana Inheritance examinations.

Mark is the current president of Congregation Sons of Abraham in Lafayette, and he has served on its board for more than 25 years. He also is a past president of the Tippecanoe County Bar Association.
