Danielle is a native of Lafayette, Indiana. Before returning to her hometown and joining the firm as an associate in the fall of 2022, Danielle gained great experience in medical malpractice defense in Indianapolis. Danielle’s practice areas include medical malpractice defense, labor/employment disputes, railroad disputes, as well as other healthcare related issues.
Danielle earned her Bachelor’s degree from William Carey University located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, with a B.S. in Social Science and a minor in History. During her time at William Carey, she was also a student-athlete playing on the women’s soccer team. She went on to earn her J.D. from Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2019. While at McKinney, Danielle obtained the Health Law Graduate Certificate.
Before joining Stuart & Branigin, Danielle represented various hospitals and healthcare providers throughout the State. Danielle also served as the Publications Chair for the Health Law section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Danielle enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with her dogs, family, and friends.
