Stuart & Branigin lawyers Sarah N. Snoeberger and Chase M. Patterson won a Plaintiff’s verdict for their client Awards Unlimited, Inc. in a breach of contract case against Bob Rohrman Motors, Inc. The two day jury trial, held in the Tippecanoe County Circuit Court was presided over by Judge Thomas H. Busch.
Awards Unlimited’s President, Stacey Shirar, referred to Snoeberger and Patterson as her “dream team” in what she characterized as a David vs. Goliath type case. She also gained new respect for the judicial process.
