Stuart & Branigin LLP is pleased to announce that David M. Stupich has become a partner in the firm as of January 1, 2021. Mr. Stupich has been with the firm since 2014. David provides fundamental support to Stuart & Branigin’s business and corporate practice. His experience includes counseling clients on a variety of matters involving selected business, intellectual property, real property, insurance, and employment issues. He has also facilitated numerous corporate transactions as well as private placements for closely-held businesses and entrepreneurs.

David also serves Stuart & Branigin’s litigation and dispute practice. His diverse litigation experience includes work on a variety of matters involving business and contract law as well as various disputes involving intellectual property, insurance, and real estate issues. With prior work at a Fortune 500 insurance company and broad experience with dispute resolution, planning, and counseling, David helps clients to move forward on matters large and small.
