Parent has been elected to the Board of Directors of LSB Financial Corp, the parent company of Lafayette Savings Bank. “Mr. Parent brings a vast knowledge of corporate law and the familiarity of the community to our board”, states Randolph F. Parent is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Management and holds a J.D. (Magna Cum Laude) from Indiana University School of Law. He serves as the Assistant Legal Counsel for the Trustees of Purdue University, General Counsel of the Diocese of Lafayette and a Member of the Lafayette Community Council. He is past Chairman of the Lafayette Community Foundation and a Director of the United Way of Greater Lafayette. Mr. Parent practices law in the areas of Business and Corporate Counseling, Education, Health Care, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, Development and Zoning, Taxation, Wills, Estates and Trusts.
