We at Stuart & Branigin are monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic consistent with all governmental advisories and orders, and we are adjusting our operations accordingly. Our office is closed, but attorneys and staff are working full-time remotely. We are able to meet all of our client needs. Federal and state courts in Indiana and elsewhere are closed except for urgent criminal cases, protective orders and civil commitments. Most civil and probate work, the bulk of our practice, is continuing through remote means, but civil trials and hearings have been postponed.
