Four Associates Join Stuart & Branigin

Stuart & Branigin LLP is pleased to announce that Tyler L. Jones, Christina L. Moore, Matthew M. Humble, and Joseph H. Harrison III have become associates of the firm.

Tyler brings a rare perspective to address his clients’ problems, having worked at the Indiana Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, and Marion County Superior Court prior to joining Stuart & Branigin, LLP. Tyler concentrates his practice on a variety of litigation topics such as labor/employment disputes, education, civil defense, and appellate practice. He is equipped to handle an
assortment of tasks including legal research, pleadings, brief drafting, discovery, contract review, and much more. And while the clients and issues he addresses are diverse, he is devoted to every client and aligns his approach with that client’s specific goals.

Christina worked as a summer law clerk at Stuart & Branigin in 2017 and joined the firm as an associate in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a certified legal intern for the Appellate Clinic and gained valuable experience with the Indiana Court of Appeals where she conducted legal research and drafted bench memoranda, opinions, and orders. Before law school, Christina served as director of continuing legal education with the Indiana State Bar. She earned her J.D., with Graduate Certificates in Advocacy and Criminal Law, from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. As a law student, Christina served on the Executive Board of the law school’s flagship journal, the Indiana Law Review, the Staton Moot Court Board and the Dean’s Tutorial Society Executive Board. She was named to the Order of the Barristers and competed in two National Health Law Moot Court competitions.

A Purdue alumnus and lifelong Hoosier, Matt spent two summers with Stuart & Branigin before joining the firm full-time in 2018. Matt serves clients across an extensive range of practice areas, from complex constitutional and employment issues to creditor’s rights and contract disputes. Before entering the legal profession, Matt earned degrees in English and Electrical Engineering Technology at Purdue and enjoyed a brief but successful career in restaurant management, providing a wealth of experiences and a variety of perspectives to draw upon in developing creative solutions to any challenge. His ability to swiftly dissect a problem and his proven linguistic acumen have made him a valuable addition to the Stuart & Branigin team.

Joe is a native of Evansville, Indiana and a lifelong Hoosier. Joe worked as a summer law clerk at Stuart & Branigin in 2017 and joined the firm as an associate in 2018. Joe concentrates his practice on a vast array of litigation topics such as civil defense, employment disputes, education, and transportation. Joe also counsels employers and entrepreneurs in business-related matters.
During law school, Joe worked as a legal extern at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General and at the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s Office and worked as a judicial intern for then-Chief Judge Richard L. Young of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He has also worked for a United States Senator and a United States Congressman, pursuing his interest in politics and state and federal government affairs.
